Our Promise 

Flare Space, LLC will not require dealers to stock merchandise or dictate shipment dates. Flare Space, LLC will be available for warranty claims during normal business hours at info@flarespace.com 

Placing Orders and Shipping Policies 

Orders may be placed through the sales email purchasing@flarespace.com Claims for merchandise damaged, must be filed with the carrier at time of delivery, lost or not delivered merchandise must be filed with the carrier and Flare Space, LLC within 48 hours of expected delivery. Flare Space, LLC will not guarantee FedEx or UPS rush deliveries. 

Pricing Terms and Policies 

Terms CIA (Cash in Advance), standard terms are CIA paid by company check or online payment. Initial orders must be shipped CIA. Credit terms available to accounts with approved and current credit status. Company check: Cashier’s check may be required in special circumstances. Credit card payments: This option is available after initial order. All prices are subject to change without notice. Possession of a Price List does not constitute an offer to sell. Flare Space, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject all orders. Discounts will not be allowed if account is past due. A late charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on invoices unpaid after the due date. A $50.00 service charge will be required for all returned checks. Collection charges: If a buyer fails to pay any amount when due, including service charges and lost discounts, buyer agrees to pay total costs or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred by Flare Space, LLC. in the collection of overdue amounts. 

Advertised Pricing Policy 

No price less than current model year Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) may be offered in any form of advertising for Flare Space, LLC supplied products. First violations of published Advertising Pricing Policies will result in dealer/wholesale account being removed from the Flare Space, LLC dealer list immediately. This will ensure that you can sell the product at MSRP and make full margin on sales. Discounts may be applicable to one van conversion company’s demo van per year. 

Return and Replacement Policy 

Authorized returns must be freight pre-paid. All merchandise returns must have a return authorization. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Noncompete Covenant 

For a period of 2 years from completion of dealer relationship after the effective date of this Agreement, Owner/Operator will not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with Flare Space, LLC. This covenant shall apply to the geographical area that includes all of Canada and the United States. Flare Space, LLC considers dealer territories when approving new dealers in an effort of good faith. 

Non-Solicitation Covenant 

For a period of 2 years after the effective date of this Agreement, Owner/Operator will not directly or indirectly solicit business from, or attempt to sell, license or provide the same or similar products or services as are now provided to, any customer or client of Flare Space, LLC. Further, for a period of 2 years after the effective date of this Agreement, Owner/Operator will not directly or indirectly solicit, induce or attempt to induce any employee of Flare Space, LLC to terminate his or her employment with Flare Space, LLC.
