Built with 3/16” plate steel and finished in a rugged matte black powder coat, the Tenzing Trailhead Brushguard was designed to protect Mercedes Sprinters from damage on and off road. The Tenzing Trailhead Brushguard will bolster up the looks and function of your Sprinter. Simple install, no chassis cutting required and all the necessary hardware is included.

*Please note this product is not compatible with 2008 to 2018 Sprinters equipped with active brake assist, active cruise control or front parking sensors.

ADAPTER KITS: We offer a variety of hardware kits to adapt the Tenzing Brushguard to different Sprinter models. The 2WD and 3500 models are often but not always missing hardware from the factory to mount the brushguard, part number Mercedes part 906-620-36-00. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to confirm fitment and needed hardware for your van.

Great guard. Nice heavy built. Just install the sensors before you bolt everything down. Hard to reach to get them in. Nice bummper
The Tenzing Brushguard is a great product. Super easy to install and looks great! Only challenge is the short sensor wiring on the Mercedes side. This wasn't a surprise as Flarespace noted it in their documentation. Our driver side wiring as a little shorter than normal which I dealt with by buying an aftermarket extension kit.
Install went great except for the brittle sensor mounts which easily snapped & clips broke off. We were unable to install sensors at this time. Perhaps, sensors need to be installed first in the next updated video and/or paper instructions instead towards the end due to lack of sensor wire harness slack.
