INSTALLATION
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted 30 days from the ship date, with shipping cost at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs will be covered only if the return is through the fault of VanEssential, such as an incorrect item or manufacturing defect. Please email us at wholesale@vanessential.com for a return authorization number before sending back your item. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging and unused (no pet hair, dirt, sawdust, etc). If the return does not meet these conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund provided. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method. No returns from Canada.
